State – Funded Professional Educational Institution of Moscow region «Orekhovo-Zuevo railway technical school named by V.I. Bondarenko»was established in accordance with the decree of the Moscow region government №281/15 from 22.04.2015 «about the reorganization of state educational institutions and professional educational institutions in Moscow region».
It wasrenamed from «Moscow region railway industrial technical school named by V.I.Bondarenko» into after joining it to «O-Z industrial technical school» as the single» educational organization.

The institution was established in 1932 and was named as the factory-and-workshop school.
To the decree of Moscow regional direction for professional and engineering education №293 from 20.06.1962 the educational institution was reorganized into the municipal professional technical school №1.
In accordance with decree of Moscow reginal direction for professional and engineering education №1433 from 19.09.1984 the municipal professional technical school №1 became the secondary vocational professional school №1.
In accordance with a decree of USSR cabinet Council №476 from 30.10.1985; a decree of administration of Municipal Education and Committee №1106 from 02.06.1989; a decree of Moscow region Department of Education №645 from 29.08.1994. The educational institution was named after a hero of the Soviet Union V.I.Bondarenko.
According to a decree of the Government of Moscow region «about amendment of State primary compulsory professional institutions №605/24» from 30.06.2011.
It was changed into State Government Financed secondary vocational professional educational institutions «Moscow regional V.I.Bondarenko railway industrial technical school», as a legal successor.
